Job summary

AFS Energy on Amsterdam's trading floor seeks a Sales Trader to drive growth in the EU ETS sector. You will build a client base, onboard new accounts to our Viridian platform, and execute market transactions, while cross-selling additional environmental products.

The role values resilience, ambition, and a strong sales drive, with a chance to shape business development across a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• 0–3 years in B2B sales, brokering, or business development preferred.
• Strong drive, resilience, and target orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard corporate clients subject to EU ETS compliance.
• Guide new accounts onto our execution platform and build order flow.
• Expand account value with cross-selling of environmental products.
• Monitor EU ETS updates, price trends, and maintain CRM activity.
