Job summary

AFS Energy, positioned on the historic Amsterdam Stock Exchange floor, seeks a Sales Trader to build a client base across the EU ETS sector. You will drive direct outreach, onboard clients to Viridian, and expand relationships with a focus on revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years in Sales Trading or related fields, are fluent in English and Greek, and thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic level.
• 0–3 years of commercial track record with outbound outreach.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Greek.
• High energy, resilient, and self-driven with a targets focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition through direct phone outreach and networking at events.
• Onboard new accounts onto Viridian and execute compliant market transactions.
• Maximize client lifetime value by cross-selling the broader environmental product portfolio.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in CRM and monitor EU ETS market dynamics.
