Job summary

AFS Energy, located on the historic Amsterdam Stock Exchange floor, seeks a proactive Sales Trader to build a client base across the EU ETS sector. You will drive direct outreach, arrange meetings, and onboard new accounts to our Viridian trading system.

You will identify prospects, pitch environmental solutions, and expand client lifetime value while tracking EU ETS dynamics and regulatory changes. English and Greek proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree, and 0–3 years of commercial experience are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic level.
• 0–3 years of commercial track record with a focus on direct sales and outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition through direct outreach, events, and meetings.
• Onboard new accounts to Viridian and generate active order flow.
• Pitch complementary environmental solutions to expand accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor EU ETS market dynamics.
