Herman Senior seeks an experienced Master < 3000 GT to lead our international sailing operations. You will command the watch, supervise the crew and ensure safe, efficient performance across the fleet.

Reporting to the shore organization, you will maintain vessel records, uphold safety and environmental standards, and coordinate with clients during long deployments across Europe and beyond. Fluent English and STCW qualifications are required. This is a full-time role with opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• STCW certified Master lt 3000 GT and safety training credentials.
• Fluent English and resident in the Netherlands.
• Experience leading crew and maritime support operations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain vessel records, logs and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and maritime law.
