Picnic is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end customer campaigns, from product launches to weekly promotions, and to tell the right story at the right time. You'll drive engagement through creative activations and data-driven optimizations, shaping the customer experience across channels.
You'll collaborate with analysts, creatives, and other Picnic teams, using Excel dashboards to monitor results and iterate quickly.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer marketing and weekly campaigns - from product launches to Christmas promotions. Your job? Telling the right story, in the right place, at the right time.
You’ll run end-to-end campaigns, set up and monitor communications, drive engagement through creative activations, and use data to boost impact. Whether it’s testing new ideas or pushing weekly sales, you’ll help grow our customer base and keep them coming back.
Plan and execute 360 campaigns: Develop and manage cross-channel campaigns to create cohesive and engaging customer experiences like our Christmas campaign.
Set up and monitor communications: Create and oversee creation and delivery of newsletters, push notifications, and other weekly and daily communications to keep customers informed and drive visits to our app.
Highlight features and assortment: Communicate the value of Picnic’s features and product range to inspire and inform customers.
A/B testing: Perform experiments to optimize communication strategies and improve campaign performance.
Boost weekly sales: Set up and execute targeted sales pushes to drive extra demand and meet business goals.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with analysts, creatives, and other Picnic teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.
You bring the right mix of street smartness, creativity, and commercial drive, ready to own challenges and grow fast.
You’re finishing (or just finished) your MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Between 0 -2 years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or product-focused role within FMCG or retail
Practical experience gained via internships, student organizations, or extracurricular initiatives is mandatory
Confident using data to drive decisions - Excel and dashboards don’t scare you.
Able to think analytically, act practically, and iterate fast.
You’re a natural collaborator and communicator , not afraid to own your projects across teams and stakeholders.
You’re fluent in English (bonus for Dutch, German or French!)
You have love for food, retail, tech - or all three!
Bonus: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Selligent, or marketing automation platforms.
