Job summary

Coolblue is seeking a Team Lead C# to build and guide a strong development team in an environment that values customer happiness and high-quality software. You’ll coach, review code, and drive architecture discussions while ensuring the team stays productive and motivated.

You’ll lead in a Scrum/Agile setting, coach colleagues, and balance technical excellence with business value. The role blends office collaboration with home-office flexibility in a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• More than 6 years of experience with C# and broad knowledge of both back end and front end.
• Experience as a leader in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Skilled at giving feedback and coaching colleagues.
• Focus on balancing technical quality and business value.
• Familiar with data stores such as Oracle and AWS in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coaching developers in their personal growth and technical skills during 1-on-1s.
• Reviewing code and encouraging craftsmanship within the team.
• Building software together that truly helps customers, using TDD and design patterns.
• Leading in a positive way and giving new team members a warm welcome.
• Solving problems without endless discussions, just getting things done.
• Celebrating successes together during demo presentations or team drinks.
