Job summary

Who are we?

At VIPS PMS, we build smart, user-friendly software for hotels, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach even more hoteliers in the United Kingdom. You’ll be the first point of contact for many future clients: you’ll qualify leads, give demos and guide hoteliers through the entire sales process.

What will you be doing?

• Qualifying leads: You are our pipeline builder. You spot new opportunities for the Sales team, open doors and ensure our diaries are full.
• Guiding the sales process: From initial contact to signing the contract – you’ll be in charge of the entire sales process.
• Creating and delivering sales presentations: You tailor your pitch to the unique needs of each hotelier and make a compelling impression.
• Delivering demos: You demonstrate how VIPS CloudPMS works and why it is the ideal solution for their hotel.
• Representing the brand: You confidently communicate our strengths, keep a clear record of your activities in our CRM (Zoho), and attend events to connect with partners and prospects.
• Understanding the industry: You stay up to date with hospitality trends and competitors to enrich conversations and strengthen our strategy.
• Collaborating and innovating: You actively contribute ideas alongside our Director of Sales and the team to improve processes, test new approaches and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Developing proposals: You translate needs into clear, compelling proposals that deliver results.
• Closing deals: You effortlessly turn conversations into long-term customer relationships.
