Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

The role offers a base salary of €23,876.19 gross/year plus up to €3,407.56 gross/year in performance bonus, relocation support for 1 month accommodation in Barcelona, and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken.
• Experience in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and Benelux market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce.

Position Overview

You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Languages: C2 Dutch and C1 English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
