Job summary

Nobleo Technology is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Embedded Software & Electronics. You will identify new opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and close deals by matching customer challenges with Nobleo’s engineering capability.

You’ll work closely with the Business Unit Director and technical teams to expand our market presence, traveling nationally and internationally as needed. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development in engineering services or high‑tech.
• Proactive, action‑oriented mindset with drive to generate and close new business.
• Affinity with Embedded Software, Electronics or related engineering domains.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and approach new customers in the high‑tech industry.
• Develop, manage and expand a healthy sales pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and create opportunities for new and recurring business.
• Understand customer challenges and connect them with Nobleo’s Embedded Software & Electronics expertise.
• Identify market opportunities through customer interactions, industry developments and competitor insights.
• Represent Nobleo at trade fairs, conferences, networking events and customer visits.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop compelling commercial proposals and solutions.
• Work across business units to identify opportunities in Mechatronics, AI and Autonomous Solutions.
• Report to the Business Unit Director on sales activities, pipeline progress and opportunities.
