Nobleo is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Embedded Software & Electronics business unit, serving high‑tech customers with advanced engineering services and solutions. You will identify, create and convert new opportunities, build strong relationships, and own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.

Collaboration with technical experts and leadership will shape compelling proposals and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
• 3–5 years in sales, account management or business development in engineering services or the high-tech industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new high-tech customers.
• Develop, manage and expand a healthy sales pipeline.
• Own the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build strong customer relationships and create opportunities for new and recurring business.
• Understand customer challenges and connect them with Nobleo’s Embedded Software & Electronics expertise.
• Identify market opportunities through customer interactions and industry developments.
• Represent Nobleo at trade fairs, conferences, and customer visits to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop compelling proposals and solutions.
• Work across business units to identify opportunities in related domains like Mechatronics, AI and Autonomous Solutions.
• Report to the Business Unit Director on sales activities, pipeline progress and opportunities.
