Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a Business & Data Analyst Intern for CI&D to analyse real business data and improve how investment teams are supported. You will compare Dynamics data with the Mothersheet, identify differences and translate findings into requirements, reports and improvement proposals.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers and business stakeholders, contributing to higher data quality and more reliable client processes.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science or related field.
• Basic experience with Excel, Power BI or another data-analysis tool.
• Ability to structure information and translate findings into clear actions.
• Knowledge of AI tools in daily work is a plus.
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

Analyse real business data and help improve the way CI&D supports investment teams. Turn differences between Dynamics and the Mothersheet into clear insights and practical improvements. Learn how data quality, processes and technology come together in a leading wealth manager.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Business & Data Analyst Intern – CI&D at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will support Project Lumière by comparing data in Dynamics with the Mothersheet, identifying differences and investigating their causes. You translate your findings into clear requirements, reports and improvement proposals. Together with product owners, developers and business stakeholders, you help improve data quality and create a more reliable foundation for client and investment processes.

You also have the following tasks:

• Compare Dynamics data with the Mothersheet and document differences.
• Investigate data-quality issues and help identify root causes.
• Translate findings into requirements, user stories and improvement proposals.
• Build clear analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use Copilot and other AI tools to speed up analysis and improve documentation.

Your talents

• You are studying Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science or a related field.
