Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen invites you to join its Investment Banking internship program in Amsterdam. You will work as a full member of the Corporate Finance/ ECM teams, supporting M&A, debt and equity capital markets activities across multiple sectors during a three-month period.

You will collect company and market information, prepare client presentations, and perform valuation and financial analyses within a dynamic, international environment. Mentorship and ongoing feedback are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or in Master phase, preferably with an economic, econometrics, financial, business, legal or technical background.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated extracurricular activities and interest in investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analysing company and market information.
• Preparing presentations for clients and prospects.
• Performing detailed valuation and financial analyses in corporate finance contexts.
• Participating in team-based projects across M&A, debt and equity capital markets.
• Supporting the internship with proactive, detail-oriented work and meeting deadlines.

That is what you will use your talents for as an intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. During the three-month internship period, you will operate as a fully-fledged team member and you will be involved in a wide range of activities.

You also have the following tasks:

collecting and analysing company and market information.

preparing presentations for clients and prospects.

performing detailed valuation and financial analyses in the context of corporate finance transactions.

reached the Master phase or master’s degree, preferably with an economic, econometrics, financial, business, legal or technical background. Within Life Sciences and Healthcare sector team, a scientific background is a strong plus.
