Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen invites a Business & Data Analyst Intern to join the CI&D team, supporting data comparison between Dynamics and Mothersheet, and translating findings into actionable improvements for investment processes.

Join a multidisciplinary team working on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and data solutions, collaborating with product owners, developers and stakeholders to enhance data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to data problems.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with data analysis tools or dashboards is a plus.

Analyse real business data and help improve the way CI&D supports investment teams. Turn differences between Dynamics and the Mothersheet into clear insights and practical improvements. Learn how data quality, processes and technology come together in a leading wealth manager.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Business & Data Analyst Intern – CI&D at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will support Project Lumière by comparing data in Dynamics with the Mothersheet, identifying differences and investigating their causes. You translate your findings into clear requirements, reports and improvement proposals. Together with product owners, developers and business stakeholders, you help improve data quality and create a more reliable foundation for client and investment processes.

You also have the following tasks:

• Compare Dynamics data with the Mothersheet and document differences.
• Investigate data-quality issues and help identify root causes.
• Translate findings into requirements, user stories and improvement proposals.
• Build clear analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use Copilot and other AI tools to speed up analysis and improve documentation.

• You have basic experience with Excel, Power BI or another data-analysis tool.

• You know how to make practical use of AI tools in your daily work.
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written.
