Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a Business & Data Analyst Intern for CI&D to analyse real business data and improve how investment teams are supported. You will compare Dynamics data with the Mothersheet, identify differences and translate findings into requirements, reports and improvement proposals.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers and business stakeholders, contributing to higher data quality and more reliable client processes.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science or related field.
• Basic experience with Excel, Power BI or another data-analysis tool.
• Ability to structure information and translate findings into clear actions.
• Knowledge of AI tools in daily work is a plus.
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Dynamics vs Mothersheet data and document differences.
• Investigate data-quality issues and identify root causes.
• Translate findings into requirements, user stories and improvement proposals.
• Build analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use Copilot and AI tools to speed up analysis and improve documentation.
