• Modernise the commercial data warehouse and prepare the platform for data-driven marketing
• Build the data foundation for smarter, more personal and more effective marketing
• Develop and maintain the commercial data warehouse in Azure
• Ensure that high-quality, reliable and well-structured data is available to the commercial department
• Translate commercial and client needs into scalable data solutions
• Improve relevance, personalisation and segmentation through data solutions
• Create robust data solutions that help commercial teams understand, serve and engage clients
• Enable future capabilities such as hyper personalisation and data-driven customer journeys
• Ensure that solutions meet best practices for data quality, security, compliance and scalability
• Build, optimise and monitor data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Develop and maintain data warehouses
• Design future-ready data models supporting segmentation, campaign automation, analytics and hyperpersonalisation use cases
• Bridge commercial stakeholders and technology teams by translating business needs into secure, scalable and impactful data solutions
• Use AI applications to support professional activities

Требования

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in data engineering
• Expertise in Databricks for building, optimising and monitoring data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-aware delivery
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in marketing, customer behaviour, personalisation and new data technologies
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written
• Nice to have: Experience developing and maintaining data warehouses and designing future-ready data models in a marketing, customer analytics or commercial data environment
