Responsibilities

• Business analysis and diagnostic insights with a monitoring framework for core metrics.
• Map a risk management framework and strengthen internal controls through cross-department audits.
• Develop SOPs and facilitate organization-wide training for better coordination.
• Design a data monitoring platform and enable governance for faster, data-driven decisions.
