Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. is seeking a Business Analyst for Workforce Management to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will improve processes, systems, integrations, and data flows supporting workforce planning and scheduling.
You will facilitate requirement sessions, analyze system behaviour, and collaborate with HR, Retail, and Tech partners to deliver operational excellence.
At Rituals, we believe happiness can be found in the smallest moments. As a global luxury lifestyle brand, we continuously invest in innovation, technology, and data to support our growing retail and business landscape. Joining Rituals means becoming part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, personal growth, and meaningful impact go hand in hand.
This role is part of the Tech & Data organization, within the People, Financial & Sustainability Value Stream. More specifically, you will join the People Enablement Team, which focuses on enabling business capabilities across the employee lifecycle. Within this team, there are dedicated domains for Workforce Management, Internal Communications, and Learning, each supported by Product Owners and Business Analysts.
You will be part of the Workforce Management domain, working closely with a Product Owner, fellow Business Analysts, and stakeholders from both HR and Retail. While each domain has its own focus, the team collaborates closely through weekly alignment meetings, knowledge sharing, and cross-domain support. Short communication lines, strong collaboration, and a culture of sharing best practices are key aspects of the way the team operates.
As a Business Analyst – Workforce Management, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will help shape the future of Workforce Management at Rituals by improving processes, systems, integrations, and data flows that support workforce planning, scheduling, and operational excellence.
This is a broad and hands‑on role. On one day, you may be facilitating requirement‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders; on another, you may be analysing APIs, reviewing integrations, investigating system behaviour, or helping resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding how systems work behind the scenes and is comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions.
The team is specifically looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an affinity for technical topics. You do not need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable diving into integrations, system architecture, and data flows while partnering with technical teams and vendors.
