You will facilitate requirement sessions, analyze system behaviour, and collaborate with HR, Retail, and Tech partners to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and validate business requirements across the Workforce Management landscape.
• Translate business needs into clear functional designs and improvements.
• Support design and optimisation of processes, integrations, and data flows.
• Perform assessments to understand current processes, systems, and challenges.
• Gather requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from HR, Retail, and Tech.
• Contribute to functional designs and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Investigate incidents and recurring issues, and resolve operational tickets.
• Monitor integrations and validate data outputs.
• Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Support long-term Workforce Management roadmap and future tech initiatives.
