Job summary
Landal GreenParks is seeking a Business Analyst – Hospitality to translate hospitality operations into clear technology requirements across 200+ parks and thousands of accommodations. You will work with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with processes, data needs, and strategic objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
You’ll co-design future-state solutions with Product Owners and vendors for PMS, front office tooling, cleaning solutions, POS, and guest applications, validating impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Digital Marketing, or Information Systems.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with PMS/CRS Technology.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, booking flows, and payment integrations.
Responsibilities
- Translate hospitality operations into clear tech requirements for 200+ parks.
- Co-design future-state solutions with Product Owners and vendors for PMS, front office tooling, POS, and guest apps.
- Coordinate functional testing reflecting high-volume park scenarios.
- Analyze operational insights and drive continuous improvements.
- Support Agile delivery and multi-park rollouts.
