• Proven track record managing guest‑facing technologies like mobile apps and digital keys.
• Skilled in Agile product delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for all guest‑facing technology platforms.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
• Prioritise the guest technology product backlog.
