Job summary

Landal GreenParks zoekt een Head of Enterprise Architecture om de EA-strategie te definiëren en te laten evolueren ter ondersteuning van de bedrijfsstrategie en digitale transformatie. Je geeft leiding over Business, Enterprise, Integration- en Platform Architecture en werkt aan governance, standaarden en roadmaps voor een toekomstige, schaalbare IT-omgeving.

Als lid van het IT Leadership Team vertaal je strategie naar capabilities en investeringskaders, en zet je technologie roadmaps neer die

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Engineering or a related field.
• Ervaring met het vertalen van bedrijfsstrategie naar EA, capabilities en roadmaps.
• Kennis van bedrijfs-, integratie- en platformarchitectuur, cloud-native omgevingen en API-first.
• Ervaring met hospitality platforms zoals CRS/PMS en grootschalige transformaties.
• Kennis van AI-architectuur en governance is een plus.

• Vertaal bedrijfsstrategie naar enterprise capabilities, target-architectures en investeringsroadmaps.
• Beheer Business, Enterprise, Integration en Platform Architecture.
• Stel principes, standaarden en beslissingskaders vast en governance in.
• Beheer integratie, platform-architectuur en standaarden om schaalbare oplossingen te realiseren.
• Leid portefeuille-schoonmaak en technology simplification.
• Definieer enterprise AI-architectuurprincipes en begeleid adoptie.
• Adviseer CIO en LT over technologie-strategie en investeringen.
• Drijvende kracht achter technologische modernisering en vermindering van technische schuld.
• Zorg voor afstemming tussen Product Tech, Engineering, IT Operations, Security en Data & AI.
• Beïnvloed strategische keuzes bij leveranciers en investeringsvoorstellen.
• Bouw en ontwikkel EA-capability en gemeenschap binnen Landal.

The Head of Enterprise Architecture is responsible for defining, governing and continuously evolving Landal's Enterprise Architecture to enable the company's strategic ambitions, digital transformation and future growth. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, this role translates business strategy into enterprise capabilities, technology roadmaps and architecture principles that enable scalable, secure and future-proof technology solutions across the organisation.

The role provides enterprise-wide leadership across Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture and Platform Architecture. It establishes technology standards, architecture governance and strategic roadmaps while ensuring technology investments support business priorities, simplify the application landscape and reduce technical debt.

The Head of Enterprise Architecture acts as the principal strategic advisor to the CIO on enterprise architecture, technology strategy and technology investment decisions.

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture strategy supporting Landal's business strategy and long-term technology vision.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise capabilities, target architectures and technology investment roadmaps.
• Own Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture and Platform Architecture across the organisation.
• Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards and decision frameworks.
• Govern enterprise integration, platform architecture and technology standards to enable scalable and reusable solutions.
• Lead application portfolio rationalisation and technology simplification, including build-versus-buy decisions.
• Define enterprise AI architecture principles and guide the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Advise the CIO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise technology strategy and investment decisions.
• Drive enterprise-wide technology modernisation and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure alignment across Product Tech, Engineering, IT Operations, Security and Data & AI.
• Influence strategic technology decisions by challenging vendors, solution designs and investment proposals.
• Build and mature the Enterprise Architecture capability, governance and community across Landal.

Wie je bent

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience within complex international organisations.
• Proven experience translating business strategy into enterprise architecture, capability models and technology roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Business, Integration and Platform Architecture, cloud-native and API-first environments.
• Experience with hospitality platforms (e.g. CRS, PMS, Offer-to-Cash) and large-scale technology transformation.
• Experience with AI architecture, application portfolio optimisation and technology governance.
