Job summary

A leading bank in the Netherlands is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology delivery and help stabilise a SaaS platform in Amsterdam.

You will collaborate across IT, Operations, Treasury, Sales, Risk & Compliance to translate requirements into practical solutions and shape new functionality for cash pooling and liquidity management. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cash Pooling experience is essential.
• Experience in business development, product management, process management or change management.
• Experience in, or a strong affinity with, business banking, transaction banking, cash management or liquidity management.
• You’ll also need business analysis and/or business development experience, plus the ability to work closely with engineers.

Know Cash Pooling inside out? For our client, a leading bank in the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who can connect business needs with technology delivery.

You’ll join a banking team in Amsterdam helping improve how business and corporate clients manage cash and liquidity across accounts and entities.

The immediate challenge?

The team is implementing a SaaS platform and working through stability issues. You’ll work closely with DevOps colleagues to understand the business impact, prioritise improvements and translate requirements into workable solutions.

Alongside this, you’ll help shape new functionality and improve propositions covering Target Balancing, Notional Pooling, Balance Compensation and intercompany-loan administration.

What you’ll work on:

• Platform stabilisation, operational issues & service improvements.
• Business requirements, impact assessments & implementation plans.
• Collaboration across IT, Operations, Treasury, Sales, Risk & Compliance.

• You’ll also need business analysis and/or business development experience, plus the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Your title matters less than your experience. You could be a Business Analyst, Business Developer, Cash Management Specialist or a product professional with the right domain knowledge.
• Dutch and Basel knowledge are welcome, but neither is mandatory.
