Job summary

Ohpen in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Configuration & Implementation Analyst to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations for large financial institutions. You’ll translate mortgage and regulatory requirements into platform configurations across Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office components.

You’ll work with customers and implementation partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, distinguish standard configuration work from product changes, and travel to client sites as

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business or Configuration Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch mortgage and financial regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing implementation partners or system integrators.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical system expertise, ideally with rules engines or configuration tools.
• Based in Amsterdam or surrounding area with ability to travel to client sites.
• Dutch language skills are a strong plus.

We’re looking for an experienced Configuration & Implementation Analyst who thrives on complex stakeholder challenges, loves solving problems for large financial institutions, and wants to play a leading role in how our platform gets implemented for new customers.

Briefing

You’ll join our Configuration & Implementation team, mainly working on new customer implementations for our largest clients and supporting new propositions for existing customers, often alongside external implementation partners.

This is a multi-stakeholder-facing role: you’ll help translate complex mortgage and regulatory requirements into working configuration across our Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office components, all within our cutting-edgecloud-based SaaS platform.

About You

• You have 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business or Configuration Analyst (or in a similar role), with the ability to plan and deliver independently without supervision.


• You bring strong knowledge of theDutchmortgage and financial regulatory landscape, and can apply it to system rules and business processes.


• You have experience managing implementation partners or system integrators as active stakeholders on complex projects.


• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and partner stakeholders.


• You bring technical system expertise, ideally with rules engines, configuration tools, or comparable Mid Office / Core Banking components.


• You are based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area, as the role requires travel toclient sites.


• Dutch language skills are a strong plus, given the NL market focus of this role.
