Job summary

A leading bank in the Netherlands is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology delivery and help stabilise a SaaS platform in Amsterdam.

You will collaborate across IT, Operations, Treasury, Sales, Risk & Compliance to translate requirements into practical solutions and shape new functionality for cash pooling and liquidity management. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cash Pooling experience is essential.
• Experience in business development, product management, process management or change management.
• Experience in, or a strong affinity with, business banking, transaction banking, cash management or liquidity management.
• You’ll also need business analysis and/or business development experience, plus the ability to work closely with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy, vision and delivery roadmaps.
• Analyse customer, product and process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, impact assessments and decision documents.
• Simplify, standardise, digitise and automate processes.
• Coordinate changes across the value chain, managing dependencies and priorities.
• Support pricing, product reviews, operational risk management and controls.
• Keep product documentation, work instructions and customer information up to date.
