Job summary

ASML zoekt een Legal & Compliance-stagemedewerker voor de Legal Operations en Strategy Execution Team om bij te dragen aan juridische innovatie en operationele efficiëntie. Je werkt aan de uitvoering van het framework, vertaalt L&C-strategie naar concrete doelen en ondersteunt vergaderingen en rapportages.

De stage is bachelor- of masterniveau, minimaal 6 maanden, 4–5 dagen per week met minimaal 3 dagen op locatie in Nederland; startdatum 1 februari.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of masterstudent in Legal & Compliance, Bedrijfskunde, Financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied
• Hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt prioriteiten stellen onder druk
• Technisch onderlegd, met werkende kennis van Excel (Power BI is een plus)
• Ben je analytisch en een kritisch denker
• Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels

Responsibilities

• Draag bij aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het Legal Operations en Strategy Execution Framework
• Help bij het vertalen van de L&C-strategie naar haalbare doelen
• Ondersteun de organisatie bij het plannen en organiseren van teamactiviteiten en vergaderingen
• Assisteer bij het structureren en monitoren van juridische operationele projecten
• Maak voortgangsrapportages en dashboards om projectuitvoering te volgen
• Ondersteun financiële administratieve taken
• Notulen maken en acties opvolgen

Introduction

Join ASML's Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Team and help shape the future of legal innovation. As part of the fast-growing Legal & Compliance (L&C) department, you'll contribute to improving efficiency, driving strategic execution, and enhancing team collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, business, and technology.

Your assignment

As a Legal & Compliance intern, you'll support the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Team in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Framework
• Help translate the L&C strategy into actionable goals
• Support the organization of team events and meetings
• Assist in structuring and monitoring legal operations projects
• Create progress reports and dashboards to track project execution
• Support finance-related administrative tasks
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items

This is a bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week (with at least 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is the 1st of February.

Your profile

• Are a bachelor's or master's student in Legal and Compliance, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Have strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively under pressure
• Are tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Are analytical and a critical thinker
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
• You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
