Job summary

Xsens is seeking a Line of Business Director for BSN, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L ownership and responsibility for growth across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Growth & Business Development, and Customer Support. You will collaborate closely with Engineering to align priorities and drive the next growth phase in humanoid robotics.

• Senior leadership with full P&L responsibility in a high-tech B2B setting.
• Track record of scaling a business unit and professionalizing commercial processes.
• Experience bridging hardware-centric to software/recurring-revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Own BSN's P&L and drive growth with a focus on humanoid robotics.
• Build trust and close working relationships with Engineering leadership.
• Own product-commercial integration linking market needs to roadmaps.
• Coach and develop a young, energetic team.
• Make decisive product and go-to-market choices.
• Represent BSN to the CEO and the wider organization with independent judgment.
