Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality and safety, and drive profitability.

You will lead crew members, coach and train staff, and maintain equipment, inventory, and cash controls while fostering a positive, fast-paced team environment. This role emphasizes food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older is required.
• 1 year of shift management experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen is required.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork and providing high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained, and all breakfast production items are stored properly.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and train staff.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures and safety.
• Control inventory and manage labor costs to meet standards.
