Job summary

LEONARDO HOTEL GRONINGEN STADSPARK is seeking an Early Bird Breakfast All-Rounder to greet guests with a warm smile, serve coffee and croissants, and help start the day with a flawless breakfast service.

In this role you manage breakfast service, keep the buffet tidy, and assist with lunch prep and service. You stay calm under pressure, are flexible with hours, and enjoy developing yourself within a welcoming hotel team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a comparable work environment.
• Representative and enthusiastic demeanor to guests.
• Flexible in working hours and available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast to guests and ensure a smooth start to their day.
• Clear and clean tables after breakfast to maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Prepare and maintain the buffet before service and throughout service.
• Assist with lunch prep and service as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and keep an overview during busy periods.

With your warm smile, you give our guests the perfect start to their day. While they’re still rubbing the sleep from their eyes, you’re already serving them a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant. After a relaxed breakfast, you clear and clean the table — because you love pampering our guests!

Before breakfast, you make sure the buffet is perfectly prepared and everything is ready to go. After breakfast, you also help out with the lunch preps and service. Chaos? Not with you — you’re stress resistant, calm, and always keep the overview.

Job Requirements

• You already have some experience in the hospitality or in a comparable work environment.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
