Job summary

LEONARDO HOTEL UTRECHT CITY CENTER is seeking a Breakfast Employee to greet guests, prepare the morning buffet, and deliver warm service. You will serve coffee and pastries, keep the breakfast area tidy, and ensure a smooth start for guests in a busy hotel environment.

We value a friendly, reliable team member who can work mornings, handle weekend shifts, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience at Utrecht City Center.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Representative and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to surprise guests in the mornings with a friendly approach.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and croissants to guests during breakfast.
• Set up and maintain the buffet; ensure everything is ready.
• Clear tables after breakfast and assist guests with a smile.
• Keep calm, stay organized, and maintain an overview during rushes.

With your warm smile, you give our guests the perfect start to their day. While they're still rubbing the sleep from their eyes, you're already serving them a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant. After a relaxed breakfast, you clear and clean the table because you love pampering our guests!

Our hotel is located in the best possible spot in Utrecht! Right across from Hoog Catharijne, just 300 meters from Central Station, and directly next to the Oudegracht. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find Tivoli Vredenburg, and you can cheerfully hear the bells of the Dom Tower ringing.

Guests stay with us because of the historic city center or to visit the Jaarbeurs - and we make sure they always want to come back! To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
