Job summary

Leonardo Boutique Hotel The Lancaster Amsterdam is seeking an early-bird breakfast employee to greet guests with a warm smile, serve coffee and croissants, and ensure the buffet is perfectly prepared for service. You will tidy the area after breakfast, creating a welcoming start to the day in a charming historic setting.

We’re looking for hospitality-minded individuals who are flexible on hours and weekends, bringing energy and a sense of hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a comparable work environment.
• Representative and enthusiastic, conveying this to colleagues.
• Ability to surprise guests creatively, especially in the mornings.
• Flexible with working hours and available on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet for service.
• Serve guests with a warm, personalised morning welcome.
• Clear and clean tables after breakfast service.

With your warm smile, you give our guests the perfect start to their day. While they’re still rubbing the sleep from their eyes, you’re already serving them a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant.
