Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Waiter(ess) who is passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, and serve breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening service with a professional, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Positive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide a professional dining experience.
• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Replenish and present buffet items attractively during service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic restaurant environment per food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon and evening service as required.
