Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to start early and help guests begin their day with warm hospitality. You will be part of the Breakfast & Lunch team, with shifts starting at 06:00 or 07:00, ensuring the restaurant is ready and inviting for the morning crowd.

You will welcome guests, prepare the restaurant and buffet, and serve food and drinks with attention to detail. English proficiency is essential, with Dutch language skills a plus; this is a fulltime on-site role

Qualifications

Availability for early morning shifts starting from 06:00 or 07:00, including weekends.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong English communication skills.
Flexible and reliable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional breakfast experience.
Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service begins.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Ensure buffet items are replenished and presented attractively throughout service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic restaurant environment in line with food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
