Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Waiter(ess) who is passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, and serve breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening service with a professional, friendly approach.

This role offers varied shifts and a comprehensive onboarding, including meals during your shift, extensive staff discounts, and opportunities for growth within PPHE Hotel Group.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and provide a professional dining experience.
Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Replenish and present buffet items attractively during service.
Maintain a clean, hygienic restaurant environment per food safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon and evening service as required.

At Park Plaza Eindhoven, we're looking for a Waiter(ess) who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service throughout the day. Working a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening service, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive until the end of their meal.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and deliver a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience.
Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service begins.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Ensure buffet items are replenished and presented attractively throughout service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic restaurant environment in line with food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon, and evening service when required.

Essential Requirements

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong communication skills in English.
Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.

Preferred Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage.

Salary and contract

This position is classified under the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO, Scale III) with a starting salary from €2,468.35 gross per month based on full-time employment.
