Job summary

The Collector is a lifestyle boutique hotel in The Hague region seeking a Breakfast Chef (PT) for weekend shifts to kick off mornings at 6:30 AM with creative, tasty menus. You’ll prepare dishes with passion and contribute to a vibrant dining collection that reflects the hotel’s unique style and hospitality.

We value service-minded individuals who work well in teams or independently and who have HACCP knowledge and at least one year in a kitchen team. Fluency in English or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety procedures.
• Fluent in English or Dutch; other languages appreciated.
• Basecamp within the region of The Hague.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tasteful dishes with passion and creativity.
• Operate in an environment with new and delicious taste combinations.
• Ensure deliveries and orders flow as needed.
• Be the morning start of the day for guests at 6:30 AM.

We are looking for an early bird who is motivated to ensure the greatest start of the day for our guests as a Breakfast Chef - PT in the weekends.

• You are available to work during weekends

Your papers tell the rest

• You have at least 1-year experience within a kitchen team
• You have knowledge of all latest HACCP and safety procedures
• You are fluent in English or Dutch. Any other languages that you might have stumbled upon along the way are much appreciate
• Your basecamp is within the region of The Hague
