Job summary

The Collector, een lifestyle boutique hotel in Den Haag, zoekt een Breakfast Chef - PT voor de weekenden om de dag goed te starten voor onze gasten.

Je bent een ochtendmens, servicegericht en teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken. Vereisten zijn minimum 1 jaar keukenervaring en HACCPkennis; Engels of Nederlands vloeiend is gewenst.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een keukenTeam.
• Kennis van HACCP en veiligheidsprocedures.
• Vloeiend in Engels of Nederlands.
• Woonachtig in de regio Den Haag.

Responsibilities

• Bereiden van smaakvolle gerechten met passie en creativiteit.
• Uitvoeren van leveringen en bestellingen volgens behoefte.
• Samenwerken met het team en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
• Beschikbaar in de weekenden.

We are looking for an early bird who is motivated to ensure the greatest start of the day for our guests as a Breakfast Chef - PT in the weekends.

• You are responsible for ensuring that deliveries and orders are coming and going as needed

Who we’re looking for to add to our collection

You are service minded personality with a strong sense of responsibility

• You are team player who also enjoys working independently

• You are available to work during weekends

Your papers tell the rest

• You have at least 1-year experience within a kitchen team

• You have knowledge of all latest HACCP and safety procedures

• You are fluent in English or Dutch. Any other languages that you might have stumbled upon along the way are much appreciate

• Your basecamp is within the region of The Hague
