Job summary

The Collector Hotel in The Hague region is seeking a Breakfast Chef to cover weekend shifts. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes with creativity and care, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth kitchen operations. The role requires a team mindset, reliability, and a morning-oriented work attitude.

Fluency in English or Dutch is required, with additional languages welcomed. A basecamp in the region supports local commuting and a vibrant team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety procedures.
• Fluent in English or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
• Basecamp is within The Hague region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tasteful breakfast dishes with passion and creativity.
• Ensure deliveries and orders are received and sent as needed.
• Work weekends and contribute to a positive guest experience.
