Job summary

Generator Amsterdam is seeking a Kitchen Breakfast Assistant to help start guests' days with a fresh breakfast and lunch experience. You will work with the Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service, high food quality and a great morning experience for guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hygiene and efficient breakfast operations in a fast-paced, international setting. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required, and flexibility for early shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work during busy breakfast periods while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills in English and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring presentation, freshness and quality.
• Assist with basic food preparation for breakfast and lunch service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, hygienic kitchen and breakfast area following HACCP standards.
• Support Kitchen & F&B teams with stock rotation, deliveries, cleaning and daily breakfast operations.

As a KitchenBreakfast Assistant at Generator Amsterdam, you'll help kick-start our guests'day by preparing and delivering a fresh, delicious breakfast and lunchexperience. Working closely with our Kitchen and F&B teams, you'll ensureour breakfast and lunch service runs smoothly, food quality remains high, andour guests start their mornings right.

WHATYOU'LL DO

• Prepare, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring excellentpresentation, freshness and quality throughout service.
• Assist with basic food preparation, including hot and cold breakfastitems, as well as lunch service
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and breakfast area,following HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Support the Kitchen and F&B teams with stock rotation, deliveries,cleaning and efficient daily breakfast operations.
