Job summary

Bluework in Rotterdam zoekt een broodbakker die ’s avonds aan de slag kan. Je werkt samen met collega’s om een variëteit aan brood en broodjes te bakken, waarbij kneden, wegen en vormen tot de kernactiviteiten behoren. Je coördineert met collega\'s en let op productkwaliteit en hygiëne.

• Begin met het kneden, wegen en vormen van deeg.
• Houd het schema bij en voer kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Werk samen met collega\'s en houd de werkplek schoon.

Job description

Bake bread with quality ingredients, develop your skills and start work at 5:00 pm. As a bread baker in Rotterdam, you will work with your colleagues to make a range of fresh breads. Does this sound like your kind of job?

Over de vacature:

Your working day at the bakery starts at 5:00 pm. You review the baking lists and coordinate the schedule with the colleague responsible for the ovens. Then you start preparing dough for different types of bread and rolls. You mix, weigh and shape the dough. Along the way, you keep track of the schedule and check product quality. You coordinate your work with your colleagues and keep your workspace clean and tidy. You will work 32–38 hours per week and need to be available for shifts between Sunday and Friday. Your shifts start at 5:00 pm. We will discuss your exact working days and finishing time with you.

Wat wij vragen:

You work carefully and stay organised when several tasks need your attention at the same time. You also:

• Have experience as a bread baker and know how to prepare and work with dough.
• Can work independently and coordinate the schedule with your colleagues.
• Are available for shifts starting at 5:00 pm.
• Have a good level of English.

Your practical experience is at least as important as your qualifications.

Wat wij bieden:

• A gross monthly salary of €2,857–€3,679, based on 38 hours per week, depending on your experience and job level.
• Holiday allowance and any applicable additional allowances on top of your basic salary, in line with the relevant collective labour agreement.
• A working week of 32–38 hours.

• Employment conditions in line with the Dutch collective labour agreement for artisan bakeries (CAO Ambachtelijke Bakkerijen).

You will join a family-run artisan bakery with roots in Rotterdam, where baking skills have been passed down through generations. The bakery supplies its shops across the region with fresh bread and pastries every day. Traditional recipes sit alongside modern products, with a focus on quality ingredients.
