Job summary

ViCentra B.V. is seeking an experienced Creative Brand Manager to own the end-to-end creative output.

You will translate brand and marketing objectives into compelling concepts across campaigns, content, video, social media and product collateral. You will uphold the Kaleido brand across touchpoints and collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to turn ambition into highly visible, on-brand creative work.

Qualifications

• Champion and evolve ViCentra and Kaleido brand identity across print, digital, packaging and video.
• Own brand and creative style guide as it evolves.
• Lead creative concepting and direction for campaigns, turning business objectives into ideas.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to shape creative strategy for launches and campaigns.
• Generate, edit and publish content across owned channels, including social media, with engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video and motion content production from concept to final edit.
• Lead creative development for product packaging ensuring brand compliance.
• Brief, manage and review work from external agencies and freelancers.
• Manage creative budgets and timelines for outsourced work.
• Research market and trends to keep ViCentra's creative direction current.
