Job summary

Adyen is seeking a product and marketing leader to head the Digital Experiences squad in Amsterdam. You will own the public website adyen.com and the self-service demotool, driving demand generation, adoption, and engagement across sales cycles.

You'll manage a team of four product managers and one product designer, define a long-term roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, content, brand, and marketing to scale our web properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, with fintech/B2B focus.
• Demonstrated success in managing B2B websites that drive revenue via optimization.
• Excellent data literacy and ability to derive actionable insights from web analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership across global teams.
• Nice to have experience with GA, GTM, OneTrust and Contentful.

Responsibilities

• Own global long-term roadmap for public web properties and demo capabilities.
• Lead and coach a team of four product managers and one product designer.
• Drive web performance to shift from content hosting to a demand-generation engine.
• Drive demotool adoption across internal teams and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, engineering, brand, and content.
• Maintain and optimize the MarTech stack, CMS, translations, and tracking across platforms.
