Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales or account management experience in sport, fashion, eyewear or premium goods.
• Proven ability to develop existing accounts while actively acquiring new customers.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; willing to travel across the Netherlands; driving licence.
• Experience with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow Oakley and Bliz sales within the independent sport and fashion retail channel.
• Develop long-term partnerships with existing customers while actively winning new business opportunities.
• Manage your territory strategically, identifying high-potential accounts and maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Advise customers on product assortments, merchandising, and stock management to drive sell-through and profitability.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions for retailers and store teams.
• Launch seasonal collections, secure pre-orders and reorders, and ensure customers have the right products at the right time.
• Stay close to the market by monitoring consumer trends, competitor activity, and new retail opportunities.
• Support events, trade marketing initiatives, and brand activations that strengthen visibility and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer service to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Act as a true brand ambassador for Oakley and Bliz, bringing energy, expertise, and passion to every customer interaction.
