Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in the Netherlands seeks a Brand Account Manager for Oakley and Bliz to grow brand presence in the sport and fashion retail landscape. You will manage a territory, partner with independent retailers, and blend account management, business development, and brand activation to drive sales and customer success.

The role requires strong Dutch and English, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to develop existing accounts while winning new customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Oakley and Bliz sales and market share within the NL independent sport and fashion retail channel.
• Develop long-term partnerships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones.
• Manage territory strategically, identifying high-potential accounts and maximizing opportunities.
• Advise customers on product assortments, merchandising, and stock management to drive sell-through and profitability.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions for retailers and store teams.
• Launch seasonal collections, secure pre-orders and reorders, and ensure the right products at the right time.
• Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and new retail opportunities.
• Support events, trade marketing initiatives, and brand activations to strengthen visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service for outstanding customer experience.
• Act as a true brand ambassador for Oakley and Bliz in all customer interactions.
