Job summary

Tiberone is seeking a skilled BMC Helix ITSM Consultant fluent in Dutch and English to join our IT team. You will design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions, configuring and customizing BMC Helix ITSM while collaborating with cross-functional groups.

With at least five years of hands-on experience, you will perform upgrades, ensure security compliance, document processes, and train end-users. Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ITIL familiarity are required, along with

Profile required

Must‑have Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Valid passport issued by a European Union member state
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with BMC Helix ITSM development.

• Must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
