Job summary

Talentmark Limited in Breda is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join our GMP-regulated production team in a modern, highly automated facility.

You will operate and monitor semi-automated lines, perform set-ups and changeovers, troubleshoot disturbances, and record data in SAP/MES, contributing to Lean and Continuous Improvement while adhering to GMP and safety requirements. A 2-shift schedule and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or automated environments.
• Experience with semi-automated or automated production lines.
• Strong technical and process understanding.
• Experience with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Experience with SAP and/or MES systems.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Accurate work and strong quality mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Flexible attitude towards shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production lines.
• Perform set-ups, changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
• Troubleshooting process disturbances and restoring equipment performance.
• Performing minor equipment adjustments.
• Conducting in-process quality checks.
• Recording and verifying production data in SAP and MES systems.
• Supporting deviation investigations and triage activities.
• Contributing to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Supporting smooth communication during shift handovers.
