Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant Biosurgery to drive adoption of biosurgery hemostatic products in the southern region. You will convert clinicians into advocates and work with a regional sales team to grow market share.

You will deliver in-hospital trainings, provide expert guidance on product use, and analyze sales data to adapt plans for better performance. A dynamic, sales-driven role focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital sales is a must.
• Native Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter who works independently and identifies opportunities.
• Driving license category B.
• Living in the southern Netherlands region.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative Biosurgery products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
• Provide value-driven care and demonstrate added value of products to customers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver sustained value.
• Lead in-hospital trainings for surgeons, specialists, nurses, and OR management.
• Contribute to successful launches of new Biosurgery innovations.
