Job summary

You will translate business needs into practical engineering solutions and coordinate with external partners to ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 6 years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Experience leading technical design and delivery of facility, utility or equipment projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, change management, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with engineering documentation, drawings and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical definition, design and delivery of facility, utility and equipment projects within the site portfolio.
• Translate business needs and operational constraints into clear engineering concepts and technical solutions.
• Lead feasibility studies and option assessments with external partners and present recommendations.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings and specifications from partners and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, site procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Own or contribute to engineering change controls, risk assessments and CAPA actions.
