Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in a cGMP manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
• Experience leading technical design and engineering delivery of facility, utility or equipment projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into practical engineering solutions.
• Experience preparing or reviewing engineering specs, feasibility studies and tender docs.
• Knowledge of cGMP, risk management, deviations and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and option assessments with external partners and present recommendations.
• Develop or coordinate technical specifications, design requirements, tender packages and scopes of work.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Own engineering assessments, change controls, risk assessments and CAPA actions.
• Communicate status, priorities and risks clearly to project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor execution and acceptance of technical deliverables.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage engineering documentation and drawings lifecycle across projects.
• Contribute to site engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
