Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Exact or Epicor is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion.
• Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues.
• Coordinate and expedite customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and accurate documentation.
• Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to uphold operational efficiency, compliance standards, and organizational integrity.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll develop within a dynamic industry while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the service experience. In this role, you will be the key link between Avantor and its Biopharma customers, building and maintaining strong partnerships. You'll work in a skilled, collaborative team and engage closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics to ensure smooth support for our customers.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel
• Knowledge of Exact, Epicor or similar ERP system is a plus
• Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines
