Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Freelance/ZZP BIM Coordinator to join an innovative construction organisation in the Netherlands. You will act as the link between design, engineering and construction teams, ensuring BIM processes run smoothly and project information is coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

You should have 2–3+ years of BIM coordination experience, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri.

Qualifications

• BIM coordination experience across design, engineering and construction teams.
• Experience with BIM software for models, clash detection and data management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from multiple disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model quality checks.
• Maintain project information throughout the lifecycle.
• Support engineers and project teams with BIM challenges.
• Lead and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and digital processes.
• Support innovation initiatives including BIM automation and model-based estimating.
