Job summary

KLG Europe is seeking a driven Finance professional to join its stable team in Venlo. You will manage ratings and invoicing for transport, warehouse, and customs orders, review quotations, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely order execution.

The role emphasizes numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and independence, with a hybrid work arrangement including one day per week from home. English required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 4 education in financial, economic, or business field.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage but not required.
• You are eager to learn, accurate, and critical.
• Analytical mindset and strong numerical insight.
• Able to work independently, in a structured and autonomous manner; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Rate and invoice transport, warehouse, and customs orders for KLG Europe Venlo.
• Review, check, and upload quotations into our TMS system.
• Liaise with the Sales department regarding quotations and rates.
• Contact customers regarding disputes, self-billing invoices, and invoicing proposals.
• Liaise with the Operations department regarding order execution.
• Check the completeness of invoiced orders.
• Provide support to the Financial Controller.
• Contribute ideas during periodic meetings.
